A map of your capacity

Your energy goes to six places: your mind and nervous system, your body, the people and situation around you, your daily habits, things from your past, and your relationship with yourself. You answer a few short questions about each one. At the end you get a simple picture of where most of your energy is going, and one clear thing you can do about it.

There is no right order and no wrong answer. Go through the six areas in any order, answer what is true for you, and skip anything you would rather not look at today. It's not about today or even this week — look at the long term. There is no score and no test result. This only shows you what you told it.

Where do you want to look?

Each area starts with one general question, then a few short statements. You come back to this screen after each area. You can do them in any order, and you can stop at any point.

    Is this true of you?
Thinking about this whole area — is it mostly recent, or has it been with you a long time?

Optional. Choose what fits best, or leave it blank.
