nervuk.ai gives you small instruments for self-reflection. Each one points at a place your capacity tends to leak — energy, attention, rest, closeness, contact with your own feelings — takes what you tell it, and reads that against a pattern psychology and neurosciences have described. What comes back is an interpretation offered for you to weigh. Everything on this site is offered for information and reflection, and nothing more.

Not a diagnosis

They don't diagnose or treat anything

Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or prevents any physical or mental health condition — and nothing here is meant to. An instrument can name a felt experience back to you. It can't tell you what's wrong. If a result ever reads like a verdict about who you are, that isn't what it is.

Not a substitute

They don't replace a professional

These tools, and anything else you read on nervuk.ai, are not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, pharmacist, or other licensed professional. If something an instrument surfaces stays with you, treat it as a nudge toward a real person, not away from one. Please don't delay, set aside, or stop professional care because of anything you read here.

Some pages on nervuk.ai discuss psychedelics. That material exists for education and harm-reduction context only. Nothing on this site encourages, instructs, or endorses obtaining or using any illegal substance. Reading about something is not a recommendation to do it, and we don't make one.

While psychedelics are increasingly approved for medical use in certain jurisdictions, their possession and use remain criminal offenses in many countries. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here changes what the law in your country says.

The safety part matters just as much. These substances can interact dangerously with medications — including common antidepressants — and with heart conditions and mental health conditions, including some a person doesn't know they have. What a result is

A hypothesis about you, not a finding

The instruments don't just hand your answers back. They read what you told them against patterns that psychology and neurosciences have described and studied, and then suggest how one of those patterns might be working in you. The pattern is established. Whether it's yours is a question, not an answer — something to test against your own life.

So two things are worth holding onto. An interpretation can be wrong, and this one is drawn from a short set of answers given in a single sitting, which is a narrow slice of a person. And even a pattern that fits describes something happening; it never explains who you are. Take what's useful and leave the rest.

Your privacy

Nothing you type is kept

nervuk.ai works in a single sitting, with no account and no login. What you type into an instrument is used to build your result in that session and is not saved by us afterwards — no human reads it, and closing the tab lets it go. Like nearly every website, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) needed to run the site securely. If how nervuk.ai handles your words ever changes, this page will say so plainly before it does.
